Inspired by the iconic The Adventures of Priscilla: Queen of the Desert, this glitter-drenched quiz night promises custom cocktails, nostalgic 90s fashion, a touch of glitz, and over $2,000 worth of dazzling prizes.
Hosted by the History Trust of South Australia, the event is part of their ambitious campaign to restore the original Priscilla bus from the beloved 1994 film. This one-of-a-kind evening blends trivia, performance, and a behind-the-scenes look at the restoration project in a setting as bold and beautiful as Priscilla herself.
Guests will be greeted with a complimentary glass of champagne and taken on a journey through 90s pop culture, guided by none other than quiz queen and celebrated performer Vonni. The night also features a special Q&A with key figures behind the bus project, including guest speaker Graeme Mason, former CEO of Screen Australia and Chair of Australians in Film.

“The evening will be full of fun. And absolutely fab to have the one and only Graeme Mason here to support the Priscilla restoration project and share memorable tales of his time in the film industry,” says History Trust CEO, Greg Mackie OAM.
Graeme Mason’s contribution to Australian cinema is legendary. As a driving force behind Priscilla, he helped bring the film to international acclaim—selling it to global distributors, launching it at the Cannes Film Festival, and continuing to support the upcoming sequel.
“I have been on the Priscilla ride for the whole journey, so I have a lot to share on the entire Priscilla experience,” says Graeme.
Best of all? Your ticket will not only secure a great night out but will also contribute to the ‘Save The Queen’ project, creating an immersive exhibition at the National Motor Museum in South Australia.
