Presented by food personality and MC Mandy Hall, Flavours of the Market takes over the Market’s Community Kitchen from 4pm on Friday 15 May, with guest chefs cooking with fresh, seasonal produce sourced right from the Market’s stalls. Each session is relaxed and accessible, perfect for picking up new techniques, discovering ingredient ideas or simply enjoying great food culture in one of Adelaide’s most beloved spaces.

The line-up for Friday 15 May:

Billie Justice Thomson – 4pm Best known as a visual artist whose colourful works celebrate Australian food and drink culture, Billie is also a passionate home cook. Her session promises warmth, creativity and a fresh perspective on everyday ingredients.

She went on to open The Middle Store, a Middle Eastern-inspired cafe drawing on her Lebanese heritage. Expect honest, flavour-forward cooking rooted in family tradition.
