Discover the magic of Christmas on The Santa Course

Heralding the arrival of larger-than-life homages to Santa himself, this all-new festive activation has popped up at some iconic spots throughout Adelaide, including Rundle Mall, Adelaide Oval, Lot Fourteen, and many more.

Kids, and big kids at heart, can follow this citywide trail to help Santa tick off his tasks ahead of the big day, and learn some special Santa secrets too.

These 10 giant Santas – some up to 9 meters tall – comprise the 10 locations along this festive and interactive trail, for children to discover and enjoy. Each of the characters have their own unique personalities, corresponding to the many responsibilities that fall upon Santa in the lead up to Christmas – whether it’s Santa the Navigator expertly planning the Christmas Eve route, or Santa the Spy checking his ‘naughty & nice’ list. Learn about their likes and dislikes, as you interact with the special Santa activities, such as festive Instagram filters and memory-capturing competitions.

Visitors of all ages can help Santa with his Santa chores this Christmas by completing The Santa Course, for their chance to win ‘Santa’s Sleigh of Surprises’ prize pack. Simply follow the downloadable course map to find the towering giant Santas at their various city locations, and scan them to help him tick off his Christmas tasks. Scan each QR code at each Santa using your phone, and register your entry – the more Santas you find, the more chances to win 1 of 3 prize packs!

Santa’s Sleigh of Surprises prize packs include an exciting array of vouchers from some of your favourite spots, including Rundle Mall, FunLab, Adelaide Zoo, Fishbank, Adelaide Central Markets, and more – with each prize pack worth over $1,000 each.

The Santa Course is now on display in Rundle Mall and the wider city, free for the public to enjoy, until early January 2024.
