Four days of cultural discovery
Beyond the main stage, WOMADelaide continues to surprise and delight. Since its debut in 1992, WOMADelaide has drawn thousands to Adelaide’s Botanic Park for a one-of-a-kind cultural celebration. It’s more than a music festival – it’s a full-sensory experience designed to engage, inspire, and connect.

In 2026, the Around the Park program will feature:
- Cie Hors Surface (France) – with trampoline and tightrope dance-circus performances Le poids des Nuages and HOME, Damien Droin
- Osadía (Spain) – turning festival-goers into walking artworks through vibrant hair and makeup creations
- Stan’s Café (UK) – presenting Of All The People In All The World, using piles of rice to represent population statistics in an emotional visual performance
- Born in a Taxi (Australia) – a residency offering five different roving theatre shows
Festival favourites will also return, including Taste the World, where artists cook dishes from home; the WoMarkets, a shaded hub of over 40 artisan stalls; KidZone, a creative playground for families; Planet Talks, exploring environmental and social issues; and The Sanctuary Restaurant at the Adelaide Zoo.
