Bay to Birdwood

One of the world’s great historic motoring events returns to South Australia, tracing its celebrated route from West Beach to the Adelaide Hills.

The day begins at Barratt Reserve, where entrants gather from early morning before setting off on the scenic run to Birdwood. Spectators are welcome to line the route and wave as the parade of historic and rarely seen vehicles passes by.

At the National Motor Museum, the Finish Festival brings together hundreds of beautifully preserved vehicles, regional produce, Adelaide Hills wines, craft beer and gourmet street food. Visitors are encouraged to dress in vintage attire and enter the Fashions on the Field competition.
