Enter a world where your notion of taste and smell are tested…for a good cause. The National Wine Centre create a mystery three-course menu combining innovative textures and flavours that seek to ignite the senses.

Each table is hosted by a local winery brand ambassador, expertly pairing their unique wine to each course and guiding guests through the blindfolded dining experience.
