Glenelg Film Festival – Festival Event

The Glenelg Film Festival is hosting its inaugural Festival Event celebrating film and culture on 23 March 2024.

This Festival Event will hold world premieres for three films and an Awards Ceremony with screenings of short films by independent film makers and producers, before concluding with a dynamic film hub at Colley Reserve at the end of the day.

The Awards Ceremony will take place in an outdoor cinema space with winning films from the festival being screened, followed by an open-air celebratory film hub.

The film hub will be host to local food and beverage, activations, performances, educational recruitment stalls for those interested in film studies, as well as industry memorabilia and retailers.

There will be ticketed seating at Colley Reserve for nominees and guests but the event is free and open to the public.
