Rewild dinner at Anvers Wines for Tasting Australia 2026

A one-night-only dining experience is heading to the Adelaide Hills as Anvers Wines presents Rewild as part of Tasting Australia 2026.

Set amongst towering gums at the estate in Kangarilla, this intimate long-table dinner invites guests to reconnect with nature through a seasonal five-course menu by Executive Chef Connor Bishop. Expect premium wild Australian proteins like venison, wild boar and kangaroo, paired with estate-grown wines in a thoughtfully curated experience.

The evening begins with sparkling and canapés before moving through a multi-course menu that celebrates local produce, landscape and story. With just 40 seats available, guests will share one table, with Bishop introducing each course and the producers behind it.
