SALA Festival – Workshop: Painting the Figure: Expressive Ink with Kate Kurucz

Contemporary artist Kate Kurucz will guide participants through the process of using acrylic ink to create an expressive tonal map. The ‘map’ is then used to underpin a realistic figure painting in oils, focusing on skin tone mixing.
Participants will be using oil paints, but are welcome to bring their own acrylics is this is your preferred medium.
