Back by popular demand, this highly anticipated event returns with street eats and seafood specials from traders, accompanied by a program of live music, cooking demonstration by iconic South Australian chefs, pop-up oyster bar and the ever-popular Chilli Crab Shack.

Chilli Crab Shack

What is now a staple of Seafood + Sounds is Chilli Crab Shack. The team at Sprout will be serving up fresh bowls of Asian-Style Chilli Crab, featuring Spencer Gulf Blue Swimmer Crab cooked in a chilli tamarind sauce and served with egg noodles and Thai herbs using ingredients fresh from the Market.

SiSea X Golding Wines Oyster Bar

A new offering for Seafood + Sounds is the Oyster and Wine Bar run by SiSea – our flame grill and tapas eatery. Enjoy fresh oysters and a selection of Golding Wines and Sparkling Wines.

Join Mandy Hall and some of South Australia’s most talented chefs as they showcase family friendly recipes using South Australian Seafood and local ingredients sourced directly from traders at the Market.
