Crafted from handpicked parcels of Shiraz and finished with a splash of Mataro for balance, this 2024 release developed by Amelia Nolan and her team at Alkina, will make its exclusive debut across just the two restaurants – available by the bottle or glass.
To celebrate this collaboration, guests are invited to an elevated dining experience featuring a custom four-course menu by culinary powerhouses Jake Kellie of arkhé and Sam Christopher of 2KW Bar and Restaurant, with matched Alkina wines to compliment every bite, and this will be articulated by Alkina’s Dan Coward.

2KW Bar and Restaurant Sommelier, Daniel McEvoy, and arkhé Sommelier Melanie Olson, will also join forces – guiding guests through the narrative of each course and wine pairing.
