Running throughout the festival season from 2 to 20 July 2025, this brand-new culinary program will see a curated selection of Adelaide’s top restaurants, bars and institutions join the festivities with limited-edition menu items, special dining experiences and immersive offerings that reflect the innovation and spirit of Illuminate Adelaide.
Participating venues read like a who’s who of South Australia’s culinary scene. From the refined elegance of Garçon Bleu (Sofitel) and the rooftop glamour of 2KW, to the charm of East End Cellars, Mother Vine, and Station Road, each venue will bring its own creative twist to winter dining. Other featured favourites include LUMEN Bar (Adelaide University), Monica, Aurora, NOLA, West Oak, Botanic Lodge, Chalk Hill Wines, and the ever-vibrant Adelaide Central Market.
In launching the new initiative, Illuminate Adelaide’s Co-Founders and Creative Directors, Lee Cumberlidge and Rachael Azzopardi, explain: “We’ve brought together some of Adelaide’s favourite venues to add a delicious dose of creativity to Illuminate Adelaide. From specially timed meal offers to help audiences get out to experience events, to bespoke drinks and wintery twists, there’ll be plenty to surprise and delight.”

The Adelaide Central Market will also take centre stage during the program, transforming into a radiant hub of light, food and performance. Immersive art installations will be woven throughout the space, while vendors offer up a delectable array of Illuminate-inspired winter warmers — seasonal dishes as rich in flavour as they are in imagination.
