Running 1–5 and 11–12 October, Tea House is a daily, interactive experience designed to slow you down, reconnect you with nature, and invite calm reflection. Open from 10am to 3pm, this thoughtfully curated installation blends nature, art, and culture in an intimate setting beneath the trees.

A ritual of stillness and connection
Tea House is more than just a cup of tea—it’s a sensory experience that reimagines the everyday ritual of tea drinking as an opportunity for presence and connection. Guided gently by attendants, guests are served specially crafted teas in a shared act of mindfulness and care.
Tea, one of our modern society’s few enduring daily ritual practices, becomes a quiet conversation about place, presence, and care.
Set within a custom-designed structure nestled among native flora, the Tea House encourages visitors to pause, breathe, and notice the beauty of the surrounding landscape. It’s an invitation to engage more deeply—with nature, with others, and with ourselves.
Locally inspired flavours

Tea blends have been developed in collaboration with Aboriginal-owned food company Warndu, incorporating local ingredients that reflect the natural and cultural heritage of the site. The result is an experience grounded in Country, rich in flavour, and full of meaning.
A creative collaboration
Conceived by Fallow, Amber Cronin and Tom Borgas, and directed by Amber Cronin, Tea House is produced by Frank Theatre’s Britt Plummer. The project is delivered in partnership with the Office for Ageing Well and Seniors Card.
The installation also coincides with the UN International Day of Older Persons on 1 October, celebrating the wisdom and contribution of older Australians, while promoting healthy, connected and joyful ageing.
