BURNSIDE VILLAGE has cemented its place as Adelaide’s premier luxury retail destination, with the Stage 6 expansion bringing international flagship stores to South Australia alongside major new chapters for brands already beloved by local shoppers.
Among the newcomers is TUDOR, with Watches of Switzerland opening a dedicated boutique on the ground floor of the new Premium Mall, immersing visitors in the brand’s spirit of technical innovation and adventure. Fellow Swiss watchmaker TAG Heuer has also opened its first Burnside boutique nearby, rounding out the centre’s growing reputation as a destination for serious timepiece collectors.

Just steps away, Paspaley has opened its first South Australian boutique – a 250-square-metre store in the new luxury wing, continuing a long-standing design partnership between Paspaley and architect Eric Carlson, whose Paris-based studio has shaped the brand’s boutiques in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. DIOR Parfums has made its own state debut alongside it, giving Adelaide shoppers access to a fragrance and beauty experience previously found only in the eastern states.
These sit alongside other first-time entrants, including Tiffany & Co., Gucci, and a Louis Vuitton pop-up.

Several long-time Burnside favourites have also reopened in striking new flagship formats. Ralph Lauren has returned with a significantly larger store showcasing its full range, from Polo to Purple Label. MECCA has unveiled a two-level flagship, its largest in the state, while Aesop and Simone Perele have reopened in expanded, reimagined concepts.
For South Australian shoppers, it means a level of access to international luxury previously the preserve of Sydney and Melbourne, right in our own backyard.
