Burnside Village is turning up the heat on Level 1 with the arrival of two new dining experiences: Bami & Co. and the premium Korean BBQ concept, Sip & Sear.

Bami & Co. offers a refined take on classic Vietnamese street food, specialising in high-quality, authentic Vietnamese dishes. Guests can expect a thoughtfully curated menu featuring signature bánh mì, vibrant noodle bowls, specialty coffee and modern Vietnamese favourites–all crafted using fresh ingredients and meticulous preparation.

Burnside Village CEO, Gregg Downer, says, “We are pleased to welcome both Bami & Co. and Sip & Sear to the Village Dining precinct. These additions elevate our dining experience and extend our evening offerings for customers to enjoy.”

Bami & Co. is celebrating its opening day on 4 December, with a special giveaway. Starting at 12:00 PM, the first 50 customers will receive a free Pocket Roll!

Joining the lineup is Sip & Sear, a premium Korean BBQ concept. Created by the team behind Adelaide’s beloved Soonta brand, Sip & Sear moves beyond traditional KBBQ to offer a refined, boutique dining environment paired with bold, contemporary Korean flavours.

Sip & Sear Director, Ying Yuan, commented on the strategic decision to locate within the centre:

Burnside Village is a great fit for us. The customers here appreciate quality, good food and a memorable dining experience–which is exactly what we focus on.

The focus on presentation, flavour, and guest experience drives the concept: “We put a lot of effort into our marinades, flavours and presentation, and we work hard to make sure the whole experience feels easy, modern and enjoyable. Whether it’s a casual catch-up or a night out with friends, Sip & Sear is designed to be a place where people can eat well, have fun–and stay a little longer.”
