This October, Haigh’s Chocolates invites chocolate lovers to savour a uniquely Australian tasting experience with the launch of their limited-edition Best of Australia collection.

Thoughtfully curated to showcase the country’s rich and diverse culinary landscape, this exquisite range brings together premium ingredients, striking design, and artisanal expertise.

Presented in packaging inspired by Australia’s natural landscapes and coastlines, the Best of Australia collection is a tribute to the colours, textures, and tastes that define the nation.

The creativity of our chocolatiers has truly captured the essence of Australia in this special collection, which proudly honours the country’s diverse and spectacular flavours.

A taste of Australia in every bite

The collection features five new and exclusive creations, each highlighting locally sourced ingredients and regional wines:

  • Dark Cabernet Sauvignon Ganache – A smooth white chocolate ganache infused with Cabernet Sauvignon from the renowned Margaret River region in Western Australia, coated in rich dark chocolate.
  • Milk Chardonnay Ganache – Creamy milk chocolate encasing a silky ganache made with Chardonnay from the iconic Hunter Valley in New South Wales.
  • Milk Leatherwood Honey & Walnut Nougat – A soft nougat made with Tasmania’s famed Leatherwood Honey and Australian walnuts, coated in layers of white and milk chocolate.
  • Dark Bush Spiced Almonds – South Australian whole roasted almonds, layered in dark chocolate infused with native Australian bush spices for a warming, aromatic crunch.
  • The Australian Collection Box – A nine-piece selection of milk and dark chocolates carefully matched with wines from Australia’s leading wine regions. Featured flavours include Hunter Valley Chardonnay Ganache, Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon Ganache, and McLaren Vale Shiraz Truffle.

Celebrate local craftsmanship

A standout inclusion in the collection is the popular Australian Single Origin Milk Chocolate Tablet—crafted from cocoa beans grown in far North Queensland. This premium milk chocolate offers a rich, malty finish with delicate fruity undertones, capturing the essence of locally grown cocoa.

Adding an artisanal touch to the collection, Haigh’s has partnered with Robert Gordon Australia, a third-generation family-owned pottery studio, to create a bespoke Best of Australia Mug. Finished in a warm red ochre glaze, each mug comes filled with a 200g bag of Haigh’s beloved Milk Scorched Almonds.
