Le Mas: Celebration of fine wine and seasonal dining

As part of the Barossa Vintage Festival, Le Mas is hosting an exclusive night of refined indulgence: a four-course seasonal menu crafted by Executive Chef Ryan Edwards, paired with a superb selection of Henschke wines – including rare museum releases.

Each dish on the evening’s menu showcases the finest local produce from the surrounding region, carefully matched to Henschke wines to elevate every flavour.

Held in the beautiful Orangerie at Le Mas, the evening will also feature Justine Henschke – daughter of Stephen and Prue Henschke – who will guide guests through the story of this iconic Australian winery, the wines served, and insights into the highly anticipated 2025 harvest.

From anchovy and sage fritters to citrus cured kingfish and an indulgence lemon tart, the finely curated menu is a dream on a plate.

This intimate gathering is a rare opportunity to experience the elegance, heritage and craftsmanship that define both Le Mas and Henschke.

A standout on the festival calendar, it’s a celebration of fine food, remarkable wine, and the enduring legacy of one of Australia’s most revered winemaking families.
