Adelaide Central Market unveils Full Circle Spirits as Producer in Residence

The Adelaide Central Market proudly welcomes Full Circle Spirits as the latest SA business to appear as part of its Producer in Residence program, serving up their award-winning spirits from January 30 to February 17.

Full Circle Spirits is a small-batch, sustainable distillery that epitomises the essence of South Australia. The distillery’s philosophy is a harmonious celebration of flavours sourced from the bountiful landscapes of local backyards and kitchen tables. With a coastal Mediterranean-like climate, Full Circle Spirits captures the scents of lavender, eucalyptus, bay leaves, olives, and various citrus varieties, often handpicked from the gardens of family, neighbours and friends.

The award-winning distillery specialises in crafting sunlit flavours that transport enthusiasts to the ocean’s edge through gins and a soft, round vodka infused with savoury botanicals, freshly rinsed by morning rain, leading patrons to the Adelaide Hills. Full Circle Spirits takes pride in presenting a range of products, including the highly anticipated Lemon and Thyme Gin, Honey Malt Liqueur, Limoncello, botanical vodka and a curated selection of limited-edition offerings.

Rose Kentish, the creative force behind Full Circle Spirits

Rose Kentish, an award-winning winemaker with a global perspective, is the creative force behind Full Circle Spirits. With a passion for transformation, Rose has explored diverse mediums, from distilling spirits on the island of Corsica to bringing the art of fermentation to Sparkke’s brewing team and studying perfumery in France. Her decade-long winemaking trade serves as the foundation for Full Circle Spirits’ commitment to excellence and innovation.

Full Circle Spirits will be at the Producer in Residence stall during Market hours from January 30 to February 17, located at the Grote Street end of the Market adjacent to the North West entrance.
