Guests gathered at the Adelaide Festival Centre for COTA SA’s free celebration of International Day of Older Persons, officially opened by the Hon Katrine Hildyard MP, Minister for Seniors and Ageing Well. The event marked the beginning of South Australia’s Week of Ageing Well and featured a panel of everyday older South Australians sharing honest reflections on life’s biggest transitions, from loss and caregiving to retirement, new love and personal reinvention.
