Walking groups
Starting or joining a Heart Foundation Walking group is a great way to get moving with the support and motivation of others – and with more than 740 groups across the country, there’s likely to be one near you. They’re free to join and run by community volunteers, so all you need to bring is a spring in your step.
Personal walking plans
If you prefer to walk on your own schedule, a Personal Walking Plan might be just what you’re looking for. These six-week plans are designed by experts and tailored to your current fitness level. They’ll help you start slowly and build your strength and stamina over time.
