Paper Tiger welcomes spring with a new menu and premium dining experiences

Adelaide CBD favourite Paper Tiger is marking the warmer months with a fresh range of spring offerings, including a new seasonal menu, exclusive pre-order dishes and a premium feast designed for group dining.

The Rundle Street restaurant, known for its vibrant take on Southeast Asian fusion cuisine, has built its latest spring menu around bold flavours, premium ingredients and shared dining experiences.

The new spring menu

New additions include turmeric caramel kingfish sashimi, featuring soy-cured kingfish paired with seasonal fruit, fennel and spring onion. Another standout is the dry-aged confit duck leg, served with creamy lychee red sauce, pickled vegetables and crispy kale.

Co-owner Karl Tang said the new spring offering was designed to give guests more reasons to gather and celebrate.

“Spring is all about getting together with friends and making the most of longer days, and we wanted to create a range of experiences that offer something for every occasion,” Karl said.

“Whether guests are joining us to celebrate a special occasion with one of our signature pre-order dishes or enjoying our new spring menu, there are plenty of exciting reasons to visit Paper Tiger this season.”

Premium pre-order specials

For a more elevated dining experience, Paper Tiger has introduced a selection of premium pre-order specials, available with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. These dishes include:

XO Lobster Noodles
14-Day Dry-Aged Roasted Whole Duck
Chilli Mud Crab

Each dish is designed to showcase premium produce and the bold flavours that have become synonymous with Paper Tiger.

Premium Feast Menu

Also launching this spring is the Premium Feast Menu, a specially curated shared dining experience available by booking only. Priced at $106 per person, the feast showcases a selection of the restaurant’s signature dishes and seasonal highlights.

Happy Hour

Paper Tiger is also offering 20 per cent off all drinks during Happy Hour from 3pm to 6pm on Thursdays and Fridays.

“As the weather gets warmer and daylight savings is in full swing, there’s no better way to spend an afternoon, sipping on your favourite drink overlooking Rundle Street,” Karl said.
