Haigh’s celebrates World Chocolate Day with a French-inspired limited-edition bar

Haigh's Chocolates is celebrating World Chocolate Day with the limited-edition Milk Raspberry Mille Feuille Bar, available in stores and online from 2 July.

World Chocolate Day falls on 7 July, and Adelaide’s own Haigh’s Chocolates is marking the occasion with a new limited-edition release that takes inspiration from one of France’s most beloved pastries.

The Milk Raspberry Mille Feuille Bar translates the elegance of a classic mille feuille into chocolate form. A tart raspberry centre sits layered between creamy white chocolate ganache, scattered with crisp pastry pieces and finished in Haigh’s signature premium milk chocolate. It’s a sophisticated combination of sweet, tart and textural that feels right at home in the Haigh’s repertoire.

Established in Adelaide in 1915, Haigh’s is Australia’s oldest family-owned chocolate maker, now in its fourth generation of family ownership. As a bean-to-bar specialist and Australia’s largest importer of ethically sourced raw cocoa beans, the company has built its reputation on premium ingredients and artisan technique. This latest release is a fine example of both.

The Milk Raspberry Mille Feuille Bar is available for a limited time in a pack of two for $14.90 from all Haigh’s stores in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra, and online at haighschocolates.com.au.
