Haigh’s 2026 Father’s Day collection sets sail with new flavours

Adelaide’s own Haigh’s Chocolates has unveiled its 2026 Father’s Day collection, and this year the range takes its cues from the sea. Think blue-and-white stripes, classic sailing motifs and, most importantly, flavours that evoke the spirit of maritime adventure.

The new arrivals

Leading the collection is the limited-edition Dark Rum Chocolate, a smooth milk chocolate ganache with a biscuit centre infused with Australian-made rum, all finished in rich dark chocolate. It’s available loose from the chocolate cabinet or in two different boxed presentations.

For something with a savoury edge, the Milk Salted Crunch Block delivers crunchy sea-salted potato crisp pieces embedded in premium milk chocolate. It’s the kind of combination that sounds unexpected but works beautifully, capturing that hint of ocean breeze the collection promises.

Rounding out the new offerings is Milk Honey Roasted Macadamias, featuring whole Australian-grown macadamias that have been dry-roasted with sweet honey and generously enrobed in milk chocolate. It’s a celebration of local produce done in the Haigh’s style.

For the dad who has everything

If you’re looking for a more substantial gift, the Seafaring Spirit Hamper brings together the new Milk Salted Crunch Block alongside a curated selection of Haigh’s classics. It’s the kind of considered present that shows you’ve put some thought into it, without having to assemble it yourself.

Each piece in this year’s range reflects the attention to quality that’s made Haigh’s a South Australian institution since 1915. The nautical theme brings a touch of whimsy to proceedings, but the chocolates themselves are as refined as you’d expect.

Where and when

The 2026 Father’s Day range will be available from August 11 in all Haigh’s stores across Adelaide as well as online.
